Sue was fantastic and came to meet us to let us in and show us around. She had left little bits for us like milk, juice, bread and some treats which was amazing and meant we didn't have to go to the shops. She had also made up a dog bed for our dog which again was such a thoughtful thing to do. The property was bigger than we were expecting and had everything we could have wanted. It was just a shame we were only staying for 1 night.

The hut was fantastic with all the amenities that you would need. We loved the very large secure garden for our dog to enjoy. The location is in a perfect spot for the beach and coastal path walk. The owners communication was excellent and replied to all my questions and left vegan treats for my wife to enjoy, a lovely touch.

I booked a room but actually got the apartment on arrival, which was great as it had a little sitting room with tv, so really nice to chill out. Room was lovely, with comfortable bed and good selection of complimentary teas, coffees, chocolate, water & biscuits. Nice toiletries in the bathroom too.
Breakfast selection was huge, as was the actual breakfast, which was delicious!

Tenterden is a lovely town, with plenty of restaurants and bars/pubs and shops to entertain. Would def stay again.
Cute pub in a cute little village, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room which was perfect for our kids to sleep separate to us (we had the apartment). Really nice breakfast in the morning too. Also really nice smelling toiletries!

We had a wonderful stay in the loft apartment at the Woolpack. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The location was fantastic and the staff were helpful and very nice.
Superb get away location which had everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely size room. Excellent choice for a prepacked breakfast, including fresh milk for tea and cereals.
It was clean, warm, modern and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. The food at the Bull Inn was very good and the service was excellent.
Travelled as a family with a 9 month old. We had the loft apartment. High chair and cot was up there waiting for us on my request- thank you. Lovely bathroom, comfy beds, lots of space, quirky, nice looking out onto the high street and you couldn't hear anything from the pub in our room.
The breakfast was ample for the short stay that we were there. The chalet was spacious, clean, comfortable, and warm. The location was good, because we had Christmas dinner booked in The Bull Inn. We will use Booking.com again.
The position of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was the best we had had for quite a while . The apartment was Quirky while being cosy. staff were helpful and appeared happy
