It was in a beautiful location with lovely views, Charlie the host was on hand next door and very hospitable and amenable to our arrival time as we were coming from Cornwall and were not too sure of our arrival time. Location was great as the children loved both the fossil beach and the animal farm, both of which were just a couple of minutes walk away. Minehead beach and town were also a short drive away. The accommodation was adequate and had everything we needed. A very quiet place, (until we arrived!) with plenty of room for the children to play.

the rooms were so spacious, more like your own little apartment so plenty of room for everything, they were clean and comfortable and a bonus was our own outdoor courtyard space.
The apartment is very nice and clean, recently renovated with everything new inside, very comfortable bed with a wonderful view of the river and the park behind the apartment, the Host & stay company are very nice and helpful letting me check in early, the apartment is next to a very large Tesco supermarket where you can find everything and to go to the center you just need to walk for 10 minutes, I recommend it to everyone with your eyes closed, I will be back soon.

The apartment is so lovely and spacious. With lovely large windows overlooking a courtyard. It is well equipped for self catering and good central location The bed was so comfy I don’t often sleep well the first night in a new place until now. Malcom and Helena were lovely and very accommodating when we asked to have a late check out. Local ciders in the fridge was a nice touch can’t fault this place and would definitely book again if I’m in the area. Would highly recommend
The hosts were highly communicative and flexible about times for us to collect the keys. We were shown to the apartment and they even helped with our luggage because one of our party is disabled. Little touches like a bottle of locally sourced cider were really lovely. The flat was small but light and airy and the sofa bed was made up on request in order for all four of us to have our own bed. A very lovely experience all round.
It was a lovely community run pub which was above our expectations. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to our friends and family.
We booked the self catering apartment and it was very comfortable, well equipped and even had little private garden area to have coffee and chill so lovely too.
The staff were amazing. So friendly and willing to help if they could .
Wonderful studio apartment in a delightful location. Great communication from the host. The apartment has all the facilities needed. Wonderful views of surrounding countryside. Much nicer to stay here than in a hotel. Will definitely book again.
