Self catering: Beautiful fitted kitchen, quality kitchen appliances, utensils. plenty of tea towels everything you need to cook your own meals including microwave. eco friendly cleaning products. Accommodation decorated to a very high standard, spacious comfortable in beautiful country surroundings. Well kept gardens perfect to sit outside and relax. Bedroom with decent sized ensuite & shower cubicle, plenty of hot water. Mattress protector & cover on bed. plenty of storage. perfect host. I had forgotten to bring eggs for breakfast, Cathanne very kindly gave us some eggs. The photo on booking.com diffidently does show lovely Immaculate Barn is. Highly recommend.

Good accommodation pretty close to Nuclear Races venue. Quiet, safe, surrounded by green. A lot of space in the wardrobe and drawers in bedroom. Kitchen equipped good enough. Large backyard to relax.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Our flight was delayed. We arrived very late. Also we had an early connecting flight in the morning so had to leave at 4.30am. It was therefore a very short stay. However it was comfortable and adequately equipped.
Perfect for an overnight stay to catch an early flight from Stanstead. No issue to check-out early and owner was very kind, encouraging us to take something for breakfast as we were leaving so early. Room was very clean and comfortable, was a twin bed, a little narrow but no problem at all for such a short stay.
Everything. We were greeted warmly on arrival. Everything was spotless, attention to detail was excellent. Sadly we had a very short stay before flying home the next day. Superb location to Stansted Airport, so peaceful you wouldn’t know the airport was 16 minutes away.
The location is great for reaching the airport by bus or by foot, it is quite calm and there are supermarkets either next door or Tesco 1 km away. The bed was comfortable, the host communicated well and was accommodating, and there were tips for airport transport, local restaurants, etc. in the room. A fridge and a kettle with coffee and tea was there. Fine for a short stay.
Good location. The room had everything necessary for a short stay. We were welcomed by the landlord of the pub who spent time in the bar with the guests.

Got put in the studio suite. Even though we booked a twin room the management allowed us to have a room each without charge. Was perfect for what we needed
Close to airport. I walked both ways from and to the airport - under 30 minutes mostly on a footpath to avoid 28 pound taxi journey. It was more of a studio appartment, under the roof. Hot shower was appreciated.
