The location was superb. Great place to get away from the stresses of everyday life. Owners were very sociable and provided four cycles free of charge to investigate the local area.

Communication beforehand was good - all door codes were provided so no keys were required. The apartment looked and smelled amazing, was really clean and stylish.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The apartment is in a good location, in walking distance to Sudbury town centre, and to Waitrose and Sainsburys. It was also absolutely spotless when we arrived. Really clean. The whole of the apartment has been totally refurbished and refitted, and to a very high standard. Everything you need is there, and good quality too, such as AEG oven and induction hob, large fridge freezer and large flat screen tv. There is also a nice, spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom, to add a touch of luxury.
Very good full English breakfast and fruit option for the wife. The only downside about location was the main road outside which was on a hill so a bit noisy. Its a short distance to Sudbury and the supermarket. Good areas to visit including for artists as close to Flatford Mill (Constables Haywain) and visiting Lavenham. It is worth booking a walking tour of Lavenham. This costs £5. This tour is held on Fridays. Meet up in the Guildhall.
A beautiful studio, spacious, immaculate and fully equipped for a self catering break. Everything in the studio is high quality, and in pristine condition. The outside space is completely private either views over the beautiful garden. The owners were friendly & helpful without being intrusive, snd the location is just a few miles from restaurants & shops. Highly recommend!
Superb accommodation in a nice quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Lavenham. It's a very nicely appointed apartment where everything functions as it should and there were plenty of plates, cooking utensils, etc. There is central heating and it was set to a very comfortable temperature.
The location is great, its a very short walk to the town centre.
The flat is on the top floor (2nd floor) with locked access so it feels very safe.
Spotlessly clean with a great rainfall shower. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a few quiet nights away. The hosts are very helpful and friendly.
Exceptionally spacious layout and large airy well equipped kitchen makes the apartment one of the best we have stayed in.
Very well located for lavenham and it’s amenities.
