Fantastic little apartment right in the centre of Stalham, perfect for our needs (visiting relatives and exploring the area). Cosy, comfortable, well-appointed for its size and type with wonderfully eclectic decor done to a good standard. In short an ideal place from which to travel around the Broads. James the host was easy to contact, could not have been more helpful and friendly and made an already enjoyable stay all the more so with some nice welcoming touches in the apartment. Would definitely consider returning.

Everything about this beautiful location is perfect including and especially the host, Yvonne, who is very welcoming. I was celebrating a birthday for which she gave me cake and wine! This is in addition to a fully stocked fridge and kitchen with more than enough to eat and drink.So comfortable, quiet and well appointed.

Rooms/apartments(ours must have been a family room)are in annexed area at the back with own courtyard. Lot of lovely touches like coffee machine and fan, choice of pillows etc. Immaculate.

Quiet location. Great view across a farmers field. Walking distance (20 mins) from both the local Pub and Tesco Supermarket. Stalham is a great location to explore the both the Broads and the rest of the Norfolk coastline. Friendly Hosts. Tasty cake left by hosts. Parking right outside the apartment. Everything you need for self catering.
We were greeted by the host who was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lovely apartment was in a great location, central but very quiet. The bathroom was very nice and the whole apartment was very clean, with everything we could possibly need for our stay (we also enjoyed the fruit and cookies that the host left for us). The welcoming entrance is through the garden at the back of the lovely old bank building and there's a parking space just outside. It was perfect for our short stay and we would definitely stay there again.
Stayed at this property before and its a fantastic place to stay. Excellent location for visiting the beaches at Waxham, Sea Palling, Harpisburgh etc. Very good value for money and accommodation spotlessly clean and well furnished. Even better now new flat screen TV up on the wall. Everything you need is there. The tea tray is a nice touch. Also great that its Pet friendly. My dog loves staying! All in all a very enjoyable short break.
Lovely apartment with everything you need for a self catering stay. Private conservatory with plenty of books and music. Good assortment of DVD's in the lounge. Microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and toaster etc in kitchen. Nice welcome gift of cakes, fresh eggs and milk.
