Location was great, in a quiet residential area and about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. We came here to tour the area on a cycling trip and there were some excellent, mostly flat, routes nearby. The house was very well presented, 3 storeys, with four double/twin rooms and two bathrooms, a nice kitche/diner, comfy lounge (wiht 3 x sofas & a Smart TV) and a small garden with decking and outdoor furniture. The Garage was ideal for bike storage and we just about squeezed four cars onto the drive!
Good location, close to minster, with all you could ask for, for a short stay. Nice and modern.. Nice touches with tea, coffee and hot chocolate available.
There is a spiral staircase, which looks new and was solid. Didn't cause us a problem, but should be mentioned in description.
The conversion of the old cinema to an upmarket penthouse accommodation is a wonderful initiative, incorporating some important local history. The location is superb, the apartment is very spacious and has some unique touches, including the lovely rooftop area with large spa
