A warm and welcoming flat, really clean and comfortable, stocked with necessities (tea, coffee, milk and biscuits). In a quiet area, close to the beach, the parks and local pubs and shops. Parking was next to the property. Mark who helped us with checking in and checking out. One of my favourite things to do was to sit by the window with my morning coffee and enjoy the view of the park and the sea...bliss. I will definitely stay here on my next trip up north to see family.

Self catering. Very suitable location for the purpose of visiting family and participating as a spectator at local parade/ floats/fancy dress.
Bing able to park outside apartment was a bonus too as it was free parking, however the lane was full of rubbish and bins full and overflowing ( understand there is a bin men strike)
We arrived to find no electricity and had to move into a housing estate with parking restrictions so had to be out for 8 am although the time stated is 11 , we would not have had this problem in the original apartment the consolidation was we did not have to pay the £200 deposit but as we were much later arriving the Electricity was never going to be on in the original flat
It is a beautiful and modern apartment and looks newly decorated and furnished. Great size and the location was brilliant for us with it only being a 5 minute drive to the seafront.

Great location with just a short walk to the beach, the Studio was lovely and clean with everything you need for a short stay, comfy bed and the stand alone bath is a nice touch.
The place is in a very good location, easily accessible to public transports, restaurants and daily needs shops, The thing we like the most was the place was very clean and well maintained. The owner Mr. Mike is very nice and polite gentleman responding to any issue or query in a short time.
The apartment was very quiet and relaxing. initially I booked the place for a week to stay and search for a rented space but the flat was so cozy that we extended the stay about 4 more weeks. I will certainly stay here again on my future visits.
The area is very very quiet which is great as it's right next to the amenities, stylish modern apartment which again was quiet and peaceful, private parking gives peace of mind also. The manager and owner couldn't be more helpful if they tried. The value for money is very good
