All of it. Quiet, cosy, clean. Kelly and Simon are lovely hosts and very helpful with recommendations and any local information we were looking for. There was a lovely welcome back waiting for us which was so kind and set us up for breakfast the next morning, along with a lovely, fresh, bunch of flowers. We both slept so well there. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hayling hideaway. :)

Place is perfectly located for walking to the beach and facilities. It's on a very quiet lane and is pretty private. The place was very clean and had everything in it that you would need for a short stay. It was perfect for my wife and I.

The views morning and evening are spectacular, the penthouse is clean and comfortable. The bath was incredible. The roof top views on a clear day & night are amazing. The hosts response time was very quick. I would highly recommend the penthouse as a place to stay.
