when I arrived at the bungalow of 147 i opened the door and the house was lovely warm and cosy you could feel it was going to be perfect, and it was, the house was super clean and fresh, everything that you would want for your stay was in the house, the host herself is lovely and very responsive to anything that you might want to ask. so yes I will be booking 147 again. The location of the apartment is excellent, it's easy to walk into Solihull & is very close to the train station (where a lot of buses also stop). The apartment is a great size (there were 3 of us) & has everything you would expect & need for a short stay. Having parking is also a bonus.
Laura was an excellent host (she even helped with reposting some trousers I left behind! Talk about over and above). Spoke to her on phone - she met me from the train station across the road from the property. Handed over keys - showed me the facilities of the property and she was very helpful. Property is in a great location and allows you to explore the town. It has all the elements you would want in a modern apartment. Extremely clean and fresh milk in the fridge. All mod cons - thoroughly recommend.
Location was semi-difficult to find, but the host provided helpful instructions.
Parking was very easy and convenient, as was access to the property/flat.
Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and seasonally decorated (including a lovely Reindeer).
The facilities were excellent, with modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, alongside a great open plan living space.
Overall, I would highly recommend, and shall return here next time I am back in Solihull.

The apartment is very close to Solihull Station. Easy to find and a little off the main road. Clean and unfussy, has all the facilities I needed for self catering, including cooker, cooking utensils, fridge.
Short stay apartment of this quality makes a tremendous change from a hotel. Fully equipped kitchen so you can eat what you like, walking distance to the centre of town.
Very clean and modern apartment. Spacious and comfortable with quality bedding and linens. Superb value for money. Great communication from host. Secure parking.
I booked the Executive room and this room was huge, you could consider this a studio flat size ! D Bed very comfortable and big size. Excellent Breakfast and the hotel lived up to expectations following revamp. I wasn't sure after reading the reviews but thought book last minute. I would return back there again....
