Our apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for a perfect stay. Andrea was really friendly and helpful. The location was great for us visiting family and it was also near to the sea front and restaurants and shops, 5-10 mins in a taxi or car. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be booking again.

We had a fantastic stay here, great location within walking distance of a lovely cove (complete with cafe serving food, alcohol), shops and eateries in Wellswood and not far to walk into central Torquay. The apartment (no 6) was amazing, beautifully decorated and spotless, very well appointed with top brands (SMEG) lots of lovely personal touches like cake, milk and soft drinks in the fridge for your arrival. The hosts are very welcoming with local information but also discreet. Parking is easy and the beautiful garden is there for you to enjoy. I cannot recommend this enough.

Perfect location for us as know the area well and wanted somewhere peaceful and with beautiful views, which this had in abundance. Property was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. Hosts were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, good location, not noisy other than the seagulls (more of a problem if you sleep in the loft). Excellent response to any problems by the hosts who sorted things out immediately.
Beautifully decorated garden lodge. Everything you need is provided by the owners. Ian and Sharon are very friendly and loved the fantastic art studio attached to the lodge.

Great location and views. Comfortable and clean. Milk provided on arrival in the fridge. Welcoming flat. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location.
The owner, Ian, met us when we arrived and showed us to our lodge, after letting us view his magnificent art studio. The lounge and kitchen had everything we wanted; a good size, tastefully designed, safe and secure. After unpacking we went for a 5 minute stroll and ended up beside the river that had a very relaxing feel.
Great view and outdoor space, lovely spacious and comfortable apartment, furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a short stay. Easy, pleasant walk into Shaldon to beach and restaurant/pubs. Highly recommend.
