The apartment is in a wonderfully peaceful location, I’d love to go back there in the summer in order to enjoy the outside space.
The owner Brian, met me on arrival and all communication with him prior to my arrival was perfect so I knew exact how to find the property and where to park.
The apartment has the most comfortable bed and lovely linen, a fabulous shower and a comfortable sitting room.
It was a perfect stay and I highly recommend it.

Cosy and generously equipped. Good Wi-Fi, shower and bed. Brilliant outdoor space - private and sheltered. Pool table ! Good communications with host. Clean and secure. Loads of room. Quirky and fun decor. It has all the basics right and it has individuality. I will definitely rethurn when I need accommodation in the area again.

Absolutely spot on! Everything mentioned on the description upon booking is correct. Can’t explain how happy I was to get this place booked last minute
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment was even better than the pictures. We were informed that there was landscaping being done but it did not really impact on our stay. The location suited us well as we visited 6 national trust properties in the area. The bed was confortable, bathroom very luxurious and area really quiet. Information booklet provided by the hosts was really useful.
Would recommend staying here as a great base for exploring Sevenoaks and the surrounding area.
The room was compact but had a super king size bed which was very comfortable, large flat screen TV on the wall and lovely bathroom with walk in shower. We were a part of 8 'older' family members occupying 4 rooms. Everyone liked their rooms and Karen on Reception was very helpful in sorting any issues we had.
The studio is larger than we expected and very conveniently arranged. The location is great for visiting sites and events in the Sevenoaks area. Parking is just outside the door, and you can easily walk into the heart of the town from the flat. The hostess was very gracious to greet us and help us get access to the internet. It was very quiet with absolutely no road noise. Great pillows--just the right firmness for us.

Lovely area and hosts were exceptional in making us feel welcome and letting us know everything we needed about the place and the local area.

The host Ildi was extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was lovely, comfortable and relaxing. There were plenty of choices of Tea/Coffee/Milk and Filtered Water. In the Bathroom, interesting Toiletries and Creams to use. The Flat is a little Oasis, hidden away in the middle of Sevenoaks, giving easy access to Shops, Parks, Bus/Train Station and offering a wonderful retreat to return to at the end of the day. I will defiantly be returning
It was rosy and clean, very comfortable and well located just a few minutes walking from the centre. It was very quiet and peaceful, great having walks in the forest that is just outside the studio 😊
The location was excellent, close to many places we wanted to visit. We were made very welcome and supplied with everything we might need for a short stay.
