At first sight the accommodation building looks unassuming, however, it is modern, spacious and very comfortable. The general area is "busy", so, this accommodation was an almost perfect oasis of calm and quiet amongst the chaos.
I was on a flying visit to view a boat, so no time to visit all the many local maritime attractions. It is conveniently sited for the beaches, harbours and marinas.

Everything!!! Louise was an amazing, friendly and reliable host. You could not ask for better. The property has a good heating system which you can have on/off when it suits you. Everything is modern and clean. I highly recommend, the garden was a god send, I took my little Pomeranian. Me and my friend sat in the garden at night with drinks chatting. West Wittering beach is 6/7 minutes away in the car and Bognor town/beach is 20 minutes away.

Gorgeous little abode, pristine clean and beautifully decorated. Very good location, close to town and to the Goodwood Circuit. The owner, Karen was very kind, giving us a lift to the Goodwood Revival. She also provided a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate croissants for us to enjoy during our stay.

This is a perfect home from home rental with fantastic views.
The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photo's, from cookware to bed linen to towels, all were excellent quality.
Sitting on the decking furniture looking out to sea was so relaxing.
We did not use the Seal Bay Resort facilities or entertainments, but these seemed OK for any children.
Nearby Selsey had nice few shops and cafes, small local Asda was good for food shopping.
Superb and immaculate caravan, very well maintained and clean! Perfect location, close to leisure site and the beach. The host was very responsive, easy instructions for access. Plenty of cookware, plates, cutlery, glasses etc which is great for self catering!

The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the beach using an alleyway that our hostess Maz showed us and also a walkable distance to Selsey's amenities. The apartment was spotless and we were made very welcome.
Nice little apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything you might need for a short stay and a pleasant private courtyard garden with seating. Perfectly located between the seashore and the high street of Selsey town. Welcoming touches like breakfast cereal and milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were appreciated.
The property was in a good location for a base to get to all facilities at the Holiday park. It was clean and had all the basics needed for a short stay. Having board games in the property is a nice touch for when the weather is not so good outside.
Lovely little studio apartment close to beach and short walk to local shops, pubs and takeaway. Had all essentials supplied, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up bits, towels and toilet rolls. Owner sent clear details of where to park and how to access studio. Wifi was good, and there were games and books available.
