Excellent location - stunning sea views especially of sunrise. On top of a noisy amusement arcade but we could hardly hear it once upstairs.

I booked a tripple delux room. I rated it 10/10 based on price and location. Since the price of stay was nominal it was excelent value, if you want more nicer appartment or hotel, you would definitely pay more, obviously you get is what you pay for, so I was quite happy what I got. Whenever I had any queries I got all the answers on phone or message as there was no on site reception. But saw the manager few times though. Location was excelent, had private off street parking for £5 a day, there was another option for £3.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, everything you need,Inc WiFi. Close to all amenities, pub 2mins with excellent food, linked up to other sites so can use club house ,restaurant and stuff. Very quite too.
Communication with the owner was brilliant especially letting us know that our chalet was ready earlier then check in time , little personal touches the kids loved and the dvd selection was great, kids loved the beds , ours was comfy too, modern, would come back again:) and the price you couldn't beat especially as a last minute trip! Close to beach, arcades, takeaway, also had passes to the swimming pool and club house
Nice compact chalet, lots of missed cleaning points like bathroom up the side of Bath and cupboard side, right hand side of toilet, had to wash all plates, glasses, pots before use, but on the whole a pleasant stay, I must say these are only minor points, and would recommend these are delt with before the next rental, I wouldn't put anyone off staying here it's a lovely location and nice compact chalet.
