Immaculately clean and well presented. Very comfortable bed and pillows. No dust thanks to lovely wooden floors. Warm - good underfloor heating. Interiors fresh and in perfect condition. Everything seemed new incredible lawn running down to the mere.

It was a perfect flat for the two of us to use as a base for exploring the area. It was both very comfortable (especially the bed) and nicely decorated and clean.

Lovely studio apartment perfect for our stay and very comfortable and warm. Check in instructions were clear for access to the property. Good facilities with everything provided. Nice local pub 5 minutes walk with good quality food and a warm welcome.

Splendid flat above garage (no Roller or peaked cap inside, sadly!) next to the owners' house. Everything a couple could want for a stay near Suffolk's coast..very handy for Snape Maltings, Saxmundham, Aldeburgh & Southwold .. quality furniture and fittings throughout .. Dimplex wall heaters heat the rooms up quickly.. great wifi .. free parking on site..nice welcome fruit cake! Turn down a narrow lane at the Shell garage on the A1094 in Snape.
Well equipped studio accommodation. Comfortable bed, large wet room, fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher. Laundry facilities on site but didn’t use. Lovely personal patio area with table and chairs; low fenced off option chosen to accommodate my dog. Bread, milk, cereals and more provided.
Everything in the property had been chosen with great care and was of a very high standard, It was also spotless. I would thoroughly recommend a stay in The Hayloft.
It is a lovely apartment within easy walking distance of pubs, walks around the area and lots of wildlife. The host was very friendly and left us milk, cafetière coffee and a lovely fruit cake.
Good facilities for self catering. Excellent shower, huge thick towels and a comfortable bed.
