Location was fab, appreciated use of the driveway as local parking is difficult. We were minutes from Woodstock Town and Blenheim Palace which was great. The annex itself was clean and well presented, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. Access was also easy and communication with the host was friendly and efficient.

Very spacious room with excellent facilities. It was spotlessly clean. We were left a basket with bread, eggs, butter, jam, marmalade and milk for the first morning's breakfast, as well as some oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and washing up cloths, all of which were an exceptionally nice touch.
We also loved the very friendly cat that met us when we arrived and the beautiful peacocks wandering around.
Any staff we saw, even from a distance, would wave or say hello. Lovely place and lovely people.

This is. Beautifully presented loft studio, with a large en-suite, great little kitchen with quality finishes. Lots of little extras supplied helped us. The bed is very comfortable and the village is very quiet. Off street parking is great too.
