The place is not far from busy Edinburgh, which is a plus during the festival.
I guess it helps to have a car to go to Edinburgh and back, but the train station is not that far either. Just be mindful of the train schedule on Sundays 😬.
The flat was clean and spacious, with a large bedroom and all facilities available for a self catering stay. Although we did not use it much (just for tea and coffee), the kitchen was equipped with all necessary in case you want to prepare a quick breakfast or even a meal.
Flat has a back garden where the smoking partner could had his occasional fix.
Overall, this flat provided everything we needed for a memorable holiday!

The apartment is located in a quiet area and good for relaxing after a busy day in Edinburgh. There’s a free parking space, good WiFi and a Coop supermarket nearby. The beds were comfortable.
This was a great place for our weekend. It was easy to get into Edinburgh, had a lovely coastal walk, and was close to great places to eat.
The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and very nicely decorated. I've already tried to book it again but it wasn't available so book it while you can!
The flat has recently been renovated with new carpets, a new bathroom and fresh paint. Communication with the owner was fast and seamless with us getting good clear communcation from the beginning.
The area around the apartment is lovely with a coastal walk that is very nice to do.
Wifi was great and fast and all the attention to other details made this a lovely space to spend some time.
