The location is amazing a few minutes walk to the front with many beaches to choose from. The lodge is equipped with everything you could need to make it “home from home”. Ian and Sue were excellent hosts, met us to talk us through everything when we arrived then on hand if we needed them. Fresh towels when we left ours on the line in the rain when out was very thoughtful. Thank you both - if we return to Newquay it will be with you.

The apartment was spacious and modern with lovely sea views, just a short walk away from Tolcarne beach. The showers were fabulous! Having a space in the underground car park and a lift to take us to the apartment was very convenient as my parents are elderly and not able to climb stairs.

Ideally situated for us to visit friends and family and more importantly, close to dog friendly beach and plenty of room on site to walk the dogs. Host was very friendly and staff very helpful and informative. We often use hotels and b&bs and we were delighted to find a very clean, mould free shower room which can be a rare occurrence.

The property is in an amazing location, with a short walk to the most wonderful beach with lots of places to eat nearby. The apartment was luxurious with lots of care and thought in how it was decorated and the little extras (coffee machine with pods to use, lovely toiletries, beach towels etc) that were provided. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and we didn't want to leave!

Very sweet little cottage in great location with a lovely big paddock for the dog to run around in safely.
The en-suite bedroom was lovely & the loft room was great for the kids.
We all loved visiting the chickens & sitting out in the paddock surrounded by nature.

Lovely small one bed and living room/ kitchen apartment with tasteful decoration and plenty of comfort touches. Situated in a great little village about 3-4 miles from good Cornish beaches. The village has a loved and alive feel and plenty of facilities. Friendly but unobtrusive owners live in the same larger house which has a further two, possibly three flats within it. The courtyard was under construction and will be an added benefit.
Very nice welcoming people. Ideal if you want to visit Newquay as its a 20 minute drive maximum and very private apartment. Has everything you need kettle, cooker, tv, fridge etc
