Rob was amazing!! Such a happy, sweet man:) He greeted us with a huge smile, and immediately we knew we booked the right place. The apartment was perfect! Couldn't ask for a better location. Anything and everything you would need are right outside your doorstep. Lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, and even a castle are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The free parking was an added bonus. The garage, and the property felt very secure. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Excellent location, easy to walk to castle, Principality stadium, pubs, restaurants. Great to have parking included. Nice touches like chocolate snacks, cold water in frig, etc.

The grounds are spectacular! plus the gorgeous alpacas and animals (a lovely surprise!) we’re delightful! The lady of the manor and the hospitality staff went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely one. We had a minor issue which was resolved swiftly and they couldn’t do enough for us. Our dog was made so welcome and a fuss was made of her - she absolutely LOVED it!
Apartments are luxury and high quality - like something out of a brochure! will 100% be returning :)
