Tiny Beach house was perfect for a short stay for myself and my husband. I loved all the attention to detail in each room. Which included the bedding and towels and the crockery. The other apartments looked good, too. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Beautifully appointed and modern apartment. All the fittings and fixtures are high quality, including the bed linen and towels. Also reallly well situated, with shops and a choice of restaurants only a short walk away and private parking available at the apartment. We felt really comfortable here and would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at No3. The 2 bedroom flat was very nicely decorated and well laid out to include all the things needed for a self catering appartment. Collection of the keys was easy and communication with the owner was great. St Anne's pretty town centre was nearby as well as the beach front. Both in easy walking distance. We hope to return again in the future.
Visited the property for a short stay with my sister and young nephew and cannot fault it. Great apartment with everything you could possibly need; iron, ironing board, hairdryer and even a wine fridge! The location is great (just around the corner from the beach) with the shops very close by and a nice park 2 min walk away. There are main bus routes right on the road outside and it only took us 15 mins to get into Lytham. Excellent stay and would come back/recommend!
Really nice apartment, clean, tidy and well appointed. Brilliant central location in St Annes. Comfortable sofas and beds, superb kitchen facilities, TV was app based which is excellent as it gives all the catch-up Tv as well as being able to watch live TV. Lovely touch with the wine & chocolates on arrival. The flat was a delight to stay at.
First impressions of the flat were amazing, it looked great and felt like a really high end apartment. Great location and very comfy bed. It all seemed as if there had been a recent refurbishment so there were zero wear to anything.
The parking was very easy to find and plenty of space.
The hosts left us a small gift with the house instructions which was really nice and sweet.
