All the work inside was quality…the finishing was excellent.
The room/apartment decor was done to a very high standard with good quality fittings.

Plenty of spare everything, toilet rolls, cleaning aids, drying cloths, etc. Welcome pack in the fridge, milk, bottled water, orange juice, tea and coffee etc. Large bathroom with plenty of towels, a large illuminated mirror. Perfect little cottage for a small family. Put the little ones to bed and cosy up by the fire. Very comfy and welcoming home.

Superb little studio with all you might need. I was working close by at the hospital, at it was ideal for staying there. It had everything I needed and was a great find.

It was in a nice location with enough nearby amenities for a short stay. The room I stayed in was nice also and more or less retained the antiquated charm from the images on the website. The bed was also comfortable.
Staff talk about go the extra mile - had a flat tyre as well as calling a taxi let me borrow a small compressor which got me up and running for an important meeting - thanks
Aldi very close by for supplies and impressive shopping facilities within a short drive to Elliott's Field. Convenient location for exploring the area. Quiet residential area in spite of being close to main roads. The apartment was very clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and immaculate bathroom with a spacious shower. Lovely little private patio area, nicely planted, opening from the single bedroom. Large, light, airy living area. Plenty of hanging space in the bedrooms. Our host was very friendly and helpful.
Pleasant room with full facilities ie tea/coffee iron and ironing board. Bed HUGE and v.comfortable. Window could be opened for real fresh air - BONUS!. Breakfast selection of cereal adequate and coffee really good in quality and size of mug. But cooked breakfast - WOW. Best poached eggs I've had in many a journey away. Thanks Draycote for making my short stay enjoyable. PS Your staff are spot on, very helpful and polite.
I had to book last minute due to an emergency, and I'm glad I found this one-bed flat in Rugby. The apartment was exactly as shown in the images, clean, cosy, and in a good location. Massimo, the host, was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in late to suit our arrival. Overall, a great experience!
Peaceful location but you really need a car as it is quite far from the shopping centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was self catering apartment but there was fresh milk in the fridge and some cereals, sugar, coffee and teabags and a bowl of fresh fruit for us.
