Excellent location while visiting family in Royston. Seemed like a 9 3/4 type entrance! Tescos is right across the parking lot. WiFi is very strong. Appliances are brand new. Very clean and large space for the three of us.

Very clean & comfortable studio apartment. Great bed, shower & lovely bath. Cathy was very prompt in answering messages & was happy to let us check in a little early as well as a late checkout. A lovely bottle of Prosecco was also left for us “with compliments”.
The communal outdoor area overlooked farmland. It was nice to sit and have a glass of wine there. Only about 30 mins out of the hustle & bustle of Cambridge.

Extremely quiet and comfortable stay. The treats and breakfast foods were stocked daily and were a nice touch for our stay. Apartment is large and well equipped.

Beautiful grounds, the rooms are like little lodges and have everything you need for a short stay. The beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable.
Fabulous size apartments we actually booked 2 of them , good size bedrooms well equipped. Perfect for our stay for local wedding. Would definitely stay again.
Wow thank you so much to all the staff who treated us so well during our short stay. We booked last min for the night before our wedding and we were welcomed with a freindly smile and excellent service. We needed breakfast earlier the next morning due to having to leave to get ready for our wedding, and the staff were all so accomodating, offering us a light breakfast that was very yummy! The room was beautiful, and tidy and had everything qe needed! Would like to thank the team for making our stay with them very enjoyable.
The property was spacious very clean there were televisions in the bedrooms as well as the living room. The beds were so comfortable there was a lovely large bathroom with shower and bath very clean the kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Just a lovely apartment.
Lovely little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. We stayed on the hottest weekend of the year but the whole place stayed reasonably cool with the curtains left closed. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean and very quiet.
Instructions for access were clear and parking was directly outside the window. The kitchen has a washing machine and there were airers to hang clothes on, so we didn't have to bring lots of dirty washing home with us, which was nice.
Karen was an excellent host and fully supportive when I was sick for a day. The room is more of a small apartment with everything you might need for a short stay.
