The one thing I can say is do not judge a book by its cover. When we parked at the back we were a bit worried, but when you enter the apartment it is really stunning.

The penthouse was immense, upon entry (which was simple to achieve) we were very pleased by the high standard of all rooms and facilities within the penthouse! All information shared was easy to understand and communication from the host was excellent! Highly recommend to anyone interested in spending time here, the setting is exceptional.

Location is very nice in a quiet gated community, furnishings are lovely and the unit is well appointed with a sort of tuck away kitchen - you won't be cooking a roast dinner but it suited us for a couple of casual nights in. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Location was great and we had everything we needed. The neighbours and locals were very friendly and helpful.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Great location with lots of bus access near by that can quickly get you around the peninsula. Right next door to a co-op which was very handy. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
Absolutely spotless! I was really impressed how well equipped the whole flat was especially the kitchen, cooking was a breeze like a home away from home. Everything was so comfortable, it’s the perfect space to relax surrounded by beautiful walks. Games and DVDs for rainy days is a really nice touch, it’s honestly such a gem of a place, very cosy. (Co-op downstairs is open until 10 which is handy for anything you’ve forgotten to pack!)
The house is located in a very quiet village, right next to a supermarket (Coop) open every day from 07:00 to 20:00. Ideal for those who have forgotten to buy something. The flat's kitchen is well equipped.

James was an excellent host both generous and informative, and the Clachan flat was spacious, cosy, perfectly located on the Rosneath peninsula, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back as there is so much to see and do and the Clachan flat is the perfect base for an adventure.
Super cosey flat with everything you could need and more. Spotlessly clean and such a beautiful location. James was an exceptional host. The log burner was a highlight for me
