Property was very clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable. Julie, our host, gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had all we needed to stay warm during a very cold stay. A microwave, toaster, and air fryer were provided but these are the only means to cook. We were visiting relatives so had no need to use these and were aware of this before we booked. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay and would use again if the need arose.

The property was great, very clean, loads of space and everything we could have needed for our stay. The price was great too. The gentleman on reception was great, very bubbly and engaging. Great host, and even showed us another room as we may be back soon.

We were self catering....the location was very good...not far from accessible roads to all the New Forest and the property itself is in a very quiet spot, off the road.
Lovely little apartment, outdoor bath was a really great feature. Lovely little touches when you arrive such as tea and coffee and toiletries in the bathroom.
Lovely grounds with picnic area and football goal we did not use this area but looked lovely especially in the sun.
Property was perfect for our needs in a great location, with beautiful grounds! It was exceptionally clean and was well stocked with appliances for our self catering stay. The little welcome package was a lovely extra touch and the hosts were always available to ask questions if needed.
The studio flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and well situated,, perfect for a short stay in the New Forest.
Fabulous comfy studio to stay in after a busy day in burley and Bournemouth. We relaxed with a cuppa and TV. Apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived and we soon relaxed into a nice cozy evening in lovely surroundings. Very well laid out and nice decor. Beds very comfy. Shower was also great.
