From arriving to leaving our stay was perfect ! This chalet is so homely, and the host has most definitely gone the extra mile to make your stay fantastic. Very spacious living room with a large tv , dvd player and xbox, very clean throughout the chalet and little touches like leaving a soft teddy on the childrens bed (our little ones cuddled these to sleep on the night), and milk tea and coffee in the fridge. We stayed while it was exceptionally cold and windy outside however the chalet was warm and cosy . We cant recommend this chalet and host enough , we will certainly be returning !

Immaculately clean and well presented. Very comfortable bed and pillows. No dust thanks to lovely wooden floors. Warm - good underfloor heating. Interiors fresh and in perfect condition. Everything seemed new incredible lawn running down to the mere.

It was a perfect flat for the two of us to use as a base for exploring the area. It was both very comfortable (especially the bed) and nicely decorated and clean.

Such a nice little place to stay and Alan is so helpful and kind. We had some issues with the heating but he was willing to call to sort at any hour. Very central location.

Loved the high end accessories and no expense spared feel to the apartment . Fab shower, good beds, incredibly clean. Great location within walking distance to Southwold pier. Off road parking much appreciated.
Great communication from the host prior to our arrival. Location perfect and quiet. Easy to find. Great for families with little ones - toddler cutlery, crockery and toilet seat. Warm accommodation with plenty of linen and towels. A spacious apartment with all the necessary bits for a holiday and extra little touches. Free parking and communal garden a lovely extra. The location was brilliant, a great distance from bustling Southwold, the Coach House was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. I enjoyed taking baths instead of showers for a change making the trip more relaxing.
