We stayed 4 nights in the ground floor Kerrycroy bay apartment. I'm disabled and the ground floor suited my needs. However there were a few steps up into the apartment and into each bedroom. Not too problematic although I feel this should be mentioned in the description.
The location here is good. Right on the seafront and there are bus stops also just outside for the car-less. The island bus service is great with a half hourly service to Rothesay and shops, hourly round to the amazing Ettrick Bay.
The apartment is generally nice. Very clean. Overall I was happy. The kitchen is great and fully equipped for self catering a family. Bedrooms comfortable although we were a bit short of pillows and bedding as my daughter chose to sleep in the twin room with the two children meaning we had to use the fold down bed.

Had everything we needed, the apartment felt like a home from home. Very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished too. Lovely sea view from window. Would definitely book the apartment again, really enjoyed our short stay there.

We love this place, I immediately relax when we arrive. A lovely period property with enough modernisation to meet our needs. We love the stack of games and books left too. A different apartment this time but suited us better even though we missed the view.
The views are spectacular and we found ourselves staring out the windows most of the time.
The facilities are great, my wife enjoyed a good soak in the bath and the whole apartment is very comfortable.
The apartment was amazing tastefully decorated and furnished and very comfortable. The view from the kitchen sink was breathtaking as was the view from two of the lounge windows. Could sit there for hours enjoying the view and movement on the water. Nearby was a post office /cafe with lovely food and staff and further along the street was a fabulous community pub again with lovely staff and friendly locals. So the location of this apartment was perfect all round
Kerrycroy apartment is very spacious and good value. The location is excellent being just a short drive or long stroll from Rothesay and Port Bannatyne. Lynn was very easy to communicate with. An excellent location for exploring the beautiful Isle of Bute. Enjoyed a boat trip with Lynn's husband too.
Great location, beautiful apartment, amazing views. The flat is very tastefully decorated and the owners have thought of everything you might need (including USB sockets, which we were very grateful for!). They are also very generous with provisions in both bathroom and kitchen. We really loved this property.
Gorgeous modernised flat. Lots of thoughtful touches making it the best self catering accommodation I've stayed in. Easy secure access, peaceful location beautiful views. Will come back.
