The place was fantastic. Really clean, well furnished and comfortable. Owner was waiting when we arrived and was so helpful. Hot tub was fabulous and just what was needed.

Thank you Vicky for a lovely stay ! was above expectations and everything was well thought out for guests staying here from a complimentary breakfast of bread ,fruits., jams , yoghurt, and preserves to a well thought out mini honestly bar with spirits & mixers sat on a tray ! Comfortable bed and tv with netflix ! . There are many places we have stayed with many wonderful hosts but this beautiful rural place is a gem and the host Vicky knows what is needed to make your stay with them just a cut above. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent location - close to where we were meeting other family for a 90th birthday celebration. Everything was very easy and the accommodation was clean, warm and exactly what we needed. Thank you for providing tea, coffee, milk and biscuits - much appreciated. It was nice to meet our host and to chat about the area. Definitely on our list now if we are back up in Whitby although for a slightly longer stay we would probably book one of the other one bedroom cottages just so we had armchairs snd more kitchen facilities.

Everything about the apartment was excellent. The location is perfect for what I wanted. The hosts text me on the day we moved in to ensure everything was fine which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely stay there again when back in Scarborough

Self catering, all facilities were good. Glamping POD was luxurious, clean & tidy. Dog biscuits were placed in the pod with a bowl ready for us on arrival. The complex had great security coded gates that we set pre arrival. Great out door space for walking my cocker spaniel.
Set in a lovely, quiet location only 10 mins from Pickering. Spotlessly clean studio room with comfortable beds and a very handy kitchenette.The courtyard area is a wonderful place for sitting out.

Location excellent, plenty of places to eat. Having a parking permit supplied is a big plus. The apartment was spotless. Buses into York, Leeds and Scarborough although very few and far between but once you are aware of the times it’s worth a trip.
Beautiful area, very quiet. Little pub across the road with lovely walks close by. Very clean and tidy. Very good breakfast and local honey available to buy. Great for a short stay.
Our apartment, in Victory Mill, was spacious and very comfortable - all set within a stunning, converted mill with a racing stream at our door.
