Our host Sandra really made our stay so relaxing and easy from booking to checking out. She let us into the property as soon as we arrived even though we were very early, as the previous people had left early, she met us within a few minutes of us letting her know we had arrived in Scarborough. Getting into the property was easy. The apartment is up one flight of stairs but we didn't find that an issue and there was always on street parking nearby for which Sandra provided parking passes which was helpful. The location was excellent with Peasholm Park at the bottom of the road and access to the beach a minutes drive away, there is a local shop a minutes walk from the apartment which was handy. The apartment itself is one of the cleanest places I have stayed, it was absolutely immaculate! Everything felt brand new and so so clean. Sandra obviously works very hard to keep it so lovely and the little touches like breakfast and milk and biscuits were greatly appreciated. All of the facilities are great with a good shower and nice bathroom. The master bedroom is really lovely and the lounge very comfortable. Sandra was even kind enough to bring our baby some extra toys to keep her busy and also provided a travel cot, blankets and high chair which was very helpful and even assembled them all for us prior to arrival. Thankyou for a lovely stay despite the weather!

Self catering, all facilities were good. Glamping POD was luxurious, clean & tidy. Dog biscuits were placed in the pod with a bowl ready for us on arrival. The complex had great security coded gates that we set pre arrival. Great out door space for walking my cocker spaniel.
Set in a lovely, quiet location only 10 mins from Pickering. Spotlessly clean studio room with comfortable beds and a very handy kitchenette.The courtyard area is a wonderful place for sitting out.

Location excellent, plenty of places to eat. Having a parking permit supplied is a big plus. The apartment was spotless. Buses into York, Leeds and Scarborough although very few and far between but once you are aware of the times it’s worth a trip.
Beautiful area, very quiet. Little pub across the road with lovely walks close by. Very clean and tidy. Very good breakfast and local honey available to buy. Great for a short stay.
Our apartment, in Victory Mill, was spacious and very comfortable - all set within a stunning, converted mill with a racing stream at our door.
Furnishings, decor, and the kitchen were of a high quality.
The views from the windows and the proximity to beautiful Thornton-Le-Dale, were idyllic.
