The Bothy, hotel in Pewsey

Set in Pewsey in the Wiltshire region, The Bothy features a patio. It is situated 26 km from Stonehenge and offers bicycle parking.

Great communication from the host , Camilla. Main house is beautiful and The Bothy is well equipped and very comfortable (the bed is just fabulous). We had awful weather (storm Darragh decided to arrive the same evening that we did lol) . Whilst it did spoil our plans of going out for lovely walks , we still had a super, relaxing break and actually enjoyed hunkering down in the warm and dry while listening to the rain hammering down and the wind blowing the proverbial hoolie outside. We would absolutely recommend a stay here. 🙂

Tessa was a lovely host, very warm and welcoming. The Loft isn't very big, but it had everything we needed, and was also very clean and comfortable.Tessa had provided a lot of food items, which was kind, and really appreciated. The Loft is in a good location and there are plenty of historic sites to visit nearby. It is also within striking distance of towns such as Bath and Glastonbury.

The location was fine, near the railway station. The apartment was very small, but airy and clean. There was one fair sized room which contained a double bed, small tables, very small TV, little storage space. There was a shower room/ toilet. No cooking facilities, but a kettle and plenty of teas/coffee. Very steep outside wooden staircase to the flat. Good for a few days stay only.
