The property was well maintained, in the perfect spot, and very comfortable. The welcome basket was a lovely touch, my granddaughters love that there were some little treats in there for them.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely comfortable and clean , close to centre of Sedgfield . Very convienient for Sedgefield racecourse, which was the main reason for our visit to the area. The accommodation is Situated in a quiet location with ample parking.Plenty of information on how things worked and check in details from host. A very nice touch was a message from host asking if we had enjoyed our stay on our last night.

I booked the courtyard studio and it was amazing. It had everything I needed including a fridge, microwave and toaster. The bed was huge and super comfy. I had a lovely relaxing stay. The staff were all lovely and nothing was to much trouble. They don't do evening meals which I was aware of before I stayed but there is plenty of local placed to eat. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse and will be staying again when in the area.

Me and my friend booked the twin studio courtyard we loved it ,it had everything inside including fridge and microwave, the beds where so comfortable we didn't want to get out of them in the morning 🙃, it was spotlessly clean and modern ,the heating was on when we walked in and it was lovely and warm ,the staff where friendly and helpful., we wouldn't hesitate to book here again next time we are in the area, 5*

The room we had was the courtyard studio - situated on its own in the hotels beer garden. The room was very modern, clean, had everything we needed. The TV was the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel room.
The members of staff on duty were very friendly and accommodating. The room was well equipped and the breakfast was very nicely done. One of the locals at the bar was also very helpful when I first arrived, letting me in at the door and guiding me to the right place to check in.
