The apartment is smart and spotless, decorated and furnished skillfully to make best use of space and create a classy style. There were some thoughtful extras to welcome us, wine and milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly when we needed but otherwise left us to enjoy our space. We had a fantastic short stay and will most likely be returning.

The bus stop into town centre is 1min walk and its a 20mins walk from colinton tunnel. The place was clean and quiet and adequate towels and body wash was provided. It is also a quiet location and the one bedroom suite we stayed was spacious so the little one could play.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The apartment had a dining table with 4 chairs so we could "eat in". A nice sunny front room.. It was quiet and dark. There is a washing machine. Our host or an associate was available by phone.
Lovely stay for overnight event. Staff were friendly, room was big and clean and had everything I needed. Bed was very comfy and location was good in penicuik and walking distance to places around the town. Would recommend for a short stay in penicuik .
Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped little flat that suited us really well for our stay. On-street parking was much easier than we'd expected. Local shops from small independents to big supermarkets very convenient. Host was very helpful too and we'd certainly recommend.
Pillows and bed to die for, hot tub was great, the little extras were not expected but very thoughtful, apartment was very clean, mod cons were amazing, whole place is perfect, thank you for the stay
