The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, close to a lot of attractions, I really liked having to use a pin opening the doors instead of keys. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, loved the bath products, smelled nice, they provide enough toilet tissue and towels, most places just give you two and don’t refill, they did,
The thermostat is a plus, it’s nice to be able to control the room temperature and the heating works well,

We stayed in the penthouse appartment of the Royal Mile residences over Hogmanay. It was very clean, easy to access, and a perfect location. Rooms were a good size. Everything worked with no issues. Being in the penthouse on the top floor we had no issue with noise from the busy Royal Mile whilst the windows were closed. Having a lift was extremely handy and a rarity in these types of properties which are often in very old buildings (this is fortunately the only new build on the Royal Mile).
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment had a dining table with 4 chairs so we could "eat in". A nice sunny front room.. It was quiet and dark. There is a washing machine. Our host or an associate was available by phone.
Lovely stay for overnight event. Staff were friendly, room was big and clean and had everything I needed. Bed was very comfy and location was good in penicuik and walking distance to places around the town. Would recommend for a short stay in penicuik .
Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped little flat that suited us really well for our stay. On-street parking was much easier than we'd expected. Local shops from small independents to big supermarkets very convenient. Host was very helpful too and we'd certainly recommend.
Pillows and bed to die for, hot tub was great, the little extras were not expected but very thoughtful, apartment was very clean, mod cons were amazing, whole place is perfect, thank you for the stay
