Fantastic location with easy parking. Beautiful building with lots of room for three couples. Each having own bathroom was great and several sitting rooms. We had a BBQ in the back area and it was a perfect place for a summer evening. The village is small enough to get around on foot. We parked the second car in the car park but easy loading as short stay bays opposite the house. Everyone said the beds were comfy and extremely quiet at night.
My sister and I stayed in the studio room and liked the kitchen facilities there, which was why we didn't have breakfast, although we were offered it on both mornings.
Our room had a double bed and a put-u-up - both were comfortable enough for a two night stay. The small radiator helped to warm the room slightly.
The staff member who greeted us was helpful and friendly.
Beautiful old building in Painswick but well fitted out for a comfortable stay. Lots of space for 2 teenagers to spread out and good kitchen to prepare dinners. Host provided some great check in tips well in advance which made getting to and into the flat so easy. Great base for exploring the Cotswolds area and we loved a couple of the local shops as well.
Short stay for three nights and three great places to eat in evenings plus different lunch venue all within easy walking distance. Very spacious, Wi-fi good as had to work. Great walks with trail maps provided. Plenty of parking space.
