The pods were really central and only a couple of minutes walk away from the centre of Portree! It was very cosy and perfect for a getaway. We had two dogs and there was enough room for them both to enjoy as well. The staff were lovely and warned us about the roads as we were travelling the island in the snow. The views from the cabin were great.

We were allowed to spend 7 days at the Achalochan House on the incredibly beautiful Isle of Skye. A stay we will never forget. From the first minute we felt welcomed by Sara and Simon in the truest sense. So much warmth, friendliness and helpfulness.
Great rooms including the bathroom - so lovingly furnished with a Scottish welcome for the guests. From the "breakfast room" there is a nice view at the sea.
The breakfast: just perfect. Always made fresh and always delicious. They mostly use local products and even the bread is selfmade.
We always had nice and interesting conversations with Sara and Simon. Their tips on sights, restaurants, running trails, ... were perfect and they really helped us to get the most of our trip to Skye.
It was an outstanding experience. We can only recommend to stay at the Achalochan House with Sara and Simon.
Dunshee is located in Roskhill near Dunvegan. The Garden Studio has Bed and breakfast facilities which include; a bedroom, lounge and bathroom.

Everything was great, Sue gave us a very warm welcome and prepared us a wonderful breakfast. Spotless and comfortable, Sue has a very good eye decorating the place. There was also plenty of leaflets and information of Skye.
