For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Access to all basic requirements for a short stay. Good parking facilities breakfast was well served.
The location is fairly convenient. I was being dropped off at university and found it was helpful for my mum since the pub is located close to Ormskirk along a major road.
The facilities were clean, albeit the pillows seemed somewhat deflated, so I assume some of the bedding is old.
We contacted the hotel regarding a room suitable for a wheelchair user and despite it not officially being a wheelchair access room it was spacious and very comfortable. There was a lift to the first floor and we were assured a room would be available on that floor. There was an accessible toilet in the dining area so since we were only staying one night this was perfectly acceptable to us.
