Excellent location - really central, handy for Chinatown restaurants & bullring centre shops etc.. Free off street parking really useful. Friendly helpful staff member who promptly turned up with key even though my arrival was delayed from agreed time. Well setup work area with adjustable height desk & decent wifi, Lovely modern well equipped apartment with good kitchen & decent sized living room & large balcony & conveniently located on ground floor. Free Netflix on TV a bonus. Although central was reasonably quiet at night.

The location of the property was a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring which was fantastic and the venue was only 10 minutes walk away. Fantastic location!!!! We would use the property again if we visited the area. The owner was very easy to communicate with - a lovely person!

The bed was lovely and room was very clean! Quick and polite staff too! Decor of house was incredible and the bed. A lot smaller than expected however still a beautiful small little apartment
All you need for a short stay, clean and nice room. Toilet with shower clean, they provide towels and hand soap. TV was working and small heater as well to warm up the room before sleeping. Also available in the room some biscuits coffee and tea, appreciate it! Highly recommend and I would come back if needed.
Brilliant, clean facilities. Everything you could need for a short stay. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfasy was good too. Perfect visit, we would come back if in the area again.
Absolutely amazing staff was very friendly as I came in Lola showed me around the apartment made sure I was aware of how everything works also love the fact that they give complimentary bread milk and so on  the place itself was definitely gorgeous definitely worth your money
