Marcel is the most amazing host. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had literally anything you could think of to make your stay perfect. We broke a wheel on our rollaboard on the way, and when I asked Marcel if he had superglue, he pulled it out of a closet. I fixed the wheel as though I were at home.
The location is not quite in the center of town, which is loud and touristy. It is maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the castle and a little further to Eton. It is 5 minutes from a lovely local pub and a grocery store

Everything - Angela was so so lovely - She was there to welcome us and supplied Milk - Tea/Coffee Squash all sorts of things to make us feel welcome - Little things like Head & Shoulders Shampoo - Dove wash even though we didn’t use them they were there - It was cosy and warm - The cleanliness was 1000% - everything we needed cooker microwave fridge freezer - It was great - I stupidly left my Kindle and glasses - I cannot praise Angela enough - she offered to package and post them back to me immediately without any charge - You cannot find many host that give 100% to their guests - Thankyou Angela - we will be back at some point

A comfy and spacious apartment, The Clockhouse was a lovely place to spend a few days. The host was very accommodating and responsive and the basket of breakfast things was great.
The Clockhouse is a lovely little annex, which is well-equipped for a short stay. Communication with the host was great, right from booking and we felt welcome. The amount of thought that has gone into the facilities was immense and although we didn't need everything provided, we were surprised by the little details and what was provided.
We have no hesitation in recommending The Clockhouse to guests looking for a quiet, quirky stay that offers so much more than much more expensive hotels.
Very quaint and comfortable little apartment for a trip to Windsor and great location just outside the main town. Very clean, and had everything needed for my stay. Would be perfect for a longer stay too, as it's a self contained apartment. Loved the decor and all the little finishing touches. Perfect place for a trip away with my sister.
