First thought the area was questionable, but after settling in and exploring realized it was pretty convenient to things and could be walkable to city center. Still felt a little concerned about safety when walking to the car since the property was sandwiched between businesses and residential.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Host was accommodating in letting us check in an hour early and his communication was really good before we stayed and during our stay, he was very responsive. Good WiFi and quiet location. You do get a distant view of the Titanic, but its not walking distance.

What a little gem of a place - tucked away behind the main residence it has everything you would need for a short stay. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept on! There was milk, cereals and choc croissants available along with tea, and coffee. extra blankets if needed and good off-road parking. Check in was seamless and there was a comprehensive guide to the property and tons of local info from buses to tourist destinations.

Cosy pretty apartment with lovely traditional maritime touches. Everything you could need and beautiful views over the sea with direct qccess onto the beach. Could even secure the patio with a roll out divider so my dog could safely potter around. Carol could not have been more helpful. Would definitely stay qgain.
Very good location, bus stop just in front of the house and the zoo just down the road few minutes walk. Heating available as belfast is cold even during summer, beds very comfy. The apartment is self check-in and out, so I didn't really get to meet the hosts, but they were prompt in answering questions via booking.com messages.
Lovely apartment, had everything we could need. Well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, breakfast cereal. Lovely rainfall shower. Very comfortable double bed in the bedroom, pull out bed in the living room was good too.. Great location, walking distance to a cinema, indoor crazy golf course, shops and lots of take away options. 5 minutes walk away from Belfasr zoo.
was ideal for myself. Had everything I needed for my short stay. ideally situated for visiting family, who stay local. Added bonus was it was directly opposite church that my nieces communion was taking place.

Perfect studio for visiting Belfast and surrounding. For two to four people with sofa bed . Working well for us family of four attended wedding as we only coming to stay in the evening and leave early. The room is clean and comfortable and shower is powerful and constant hot water . Good communication and all questions are answered. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
