We had a fantastic stay here, great location within walking distance of a lovely cove (complete with cafe serving food, alcohol), shops and eateries in Wellswood and not far to walk into central Torquay. The apartment (no 6) was amazing, beautifully decorated and spotless, very well appointed with top brands (SMEG) lots of lovely personal touches like cake, milk and soft drinks in the fridge for your arrival. The hosts are very welcoming with local information but also discreet. Parking is easy and the beautiful garden is there for you to enjoy. I cannot recommend this enough.

Spacious modern apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable sofa and bed, great bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Everything was new and very well considered for a pleasant stay.
Location . Our room overlooked the tidal river Tyne with spectacular views albeit it rained a lot. We had the timeshare self catering apartment with all necessary equipment .
The location was perfect for our needs visiting family in Kingsteignton.
We like the self catering apartments at this hotel as we like the flexibility of either using the restaurant or doing your own thing regarding meals!
The size and space is excellent. A little home from home.

We are regulars at the Passage House & this time we had a self catering split-level apartment for our stay. The apartment was lovely, spacious & airy. The bedroom & bathroom were downstairs. We were very lucky with the weather & particularly liked having our breakfast on the little patio & watching the wildlife overlooking the river Teign, accessed by the French doors opening out from the bedroom.
