Cute little studio room with kitchenette facilities and separate entrance. Gorgeous view from window onto well kept garden. Loved the little touches like the toiletries in bathroom and the provision of biscuits, and cereal and milk so I could have breakfast in the morning. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Cute pub 2 min walk away to get dinner.

Nothing, my advice would be to never use Phoenix Lettings UK as they do not respond to booking.com or the customer. Therefore you will have no recourse for any reimbursement, like ourselves when we chose not to stay in the apartment due to its condition. All we wanted was reimbursement for nights we did not stay in the apartment, which is not an unreasonable request. Neither ourselves or booking.com have heard from Phoenix Lettings UK.
This little studio flat was very nicely decorated and Alina had great taste with the colour palette of the rooms.
Although we didn’t meet she was super helpful with my request for a late checkout.
There was everything in the flat that we needed including some milk in the fridge and condiments in the kitchen cupboards. Perfect for our needs
Great location, easy enough to find with the instructions left by the owner, and everything we needed for our stay. Clean and modern apartment. Right by the centre of town and only 10 minute's drive to the racecourse.
A very nice roomy apartment with new fittings. Although right in the centre of town it was very quiet. There was a car park attached which can be used for an additional charge. The bed is very comfortable.
The owner was very pleasant to deal with and helpful when we left something behind. The flat is on the first floor, and there is a lift. Be aware that Google places this property on the wrong side of London Rd. It is on the corner of London Rd and Pelican Lane.
The apartment was spotless and had everything needed for a weekend away - including a small welcome pack, well equipped kitchen, good free wi-fi and large flat screen television including Sky (sports too).
Ideally located, close to many pubs, restaurants and a very short walk into town.
Parking was good and reasonably priced in private car park.
