Everything good I would say the only fault was you bathroom unit is tired and your tea coffee unit I only say this because it stood out from the rest and I’m a decorator so I would say just a fresh lick of paint on your bathroom ceiling and as u come in the door , grey walls I think u could charge a bit more if u attended to these minor issues

Lovely flat in a lovely area with everything you need! Simple but still with a homely feel. Both bedrooms have double beds which is great. Toiletries, towels, coffee etc. Staff were quick to reply to any questions we had. Very close to shops, station, park. Well worth what we paid for it :)

The layout of the apartment is lovely, it's in a quiet cul-de-sac but easy to get to. We loved sitting in the little garden watching the green parrots and squirrels feeding from the neighbours tree. The beds were perfect, we slept really well. We were staying here in order to go the Hampton Court flower show, it was a straight forward journey to get there and back. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
The location to the airport was within 5 mins by bus, as we discovered. As the security locked coded front door on the ground floor was broken, we were told that we could walk straight into the apartment on the first floor and find the key in the Apartment on the table. On the downside the Apartment was advertised as the London Luxury Suites & Apartments, I was surprised to find that we ended up at the Voyager House Apartment which was located in an Industrial area.
Northing. ! I never got to enter the apartment. When I arrived there. No reception and I called to tell them I have arrived. They passed around to few people on different calls until some lady said to me they had to cancel my booking because they just realised there is covid in the apartment. I was distraught till now. They promised a refund but I got nothing back from them.
I thought the general cleanliness was great and the facilities within the apartment were exactly as expected. The location was perfect for reaching Hatton Cross station and the private parking was super helpful to have!
