The location was excellent. Just beside the tram stop. 30 mins from the airport. Close to everything. We walked to a lot of attractions such as the Castle, Museum, National Gallery, Greyfriars Bobby and Greyfriars Kirkyard, Royal Mile, Calton Hill.
Dean Village and Water of Leith walkway. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, etc. here right at the west end of Princes street.

The location was excellent, opening directly onto the Royal Mile. It was easy to walk to all of the main attractions, even if Edinburgh is much hillier than I thought! There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby.
The apartment itself is very spacious, very clean, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. There is good wifi but signal strenghth struggled in parts of the apartment.

Property was clean & location was incredible. For a one bed open plan room it was great space for me, my husband and our two children. Aged 4 & 9 who loved the pull out singles. The added touches made it wonderful. The body wash all being natural, organic produce was a lovely touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved our stay :) thank you.

we were shocked about the condition of the apartment, especially the house. The apartment was in. so the apartment is located very close to the sea which might be the only positive point we can mention about it.
Lovely flat in a great location…we had travelled a long way (10 hours by car) to get here and was so happy that Ruth was able to let us check in early. We used the park and ride to get to Edinburgh, so easy and quick. The lovely big windows looking over the water were a bonus, watching the weather change from one side to the other was great.
It was a perfect place for us. Very clean and comfortable in a great location. The hosts wete very responsive once we made contact! The flat was just as advertised ...thanks for the binoculars too!
Lovely little flat with a great view. We stayed as 4 adults and 1 teenager and it was perfect for us. The flat is well equipped, with everything you should need for a short stay and the bathrooms were lovely. Location is perfect, within walking distance of the racecourse (20mins), train station (20mins), town centre (10 mins) and plenty pubs/eateries within 5/15 mins walk. The flat is located right beside the harbour so the beach and promenade are a stones throw away. Pretty sure we will be back!
The location was great. Facing the harbour the view was spectacular. The sunsets were magical. Lidl and aldi a short walk away. The apartment had everything you could need. Contact from the letting agents was superb.
