The property was brilliantly turned out, styled beautifully, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed to make our stay really pleasant. The communication with the hosts was easy and with very quick responses.

This was a lovely apartment, which had all the amenities you get at home. It was very clean & I had no problem parking. The town centre is within walking distance so we didn't have to use the car. There are also plenty of shops just off the street.

We stayed here as we were flying out of Teesside airport the following morning, it took us 3 minutes to get to the airport - perfect location and perfect apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Excellent comms from the host. Apartment was completely spotless. Well presented. Good location. Nice supplies as an added bonus. Close to Morrisons and a beefeater for unlimited brekkie!
What a great find. Excellent accommodation. Needed to be in the area for one night for an appointment the following morning. Details online looked promising and all expectations met or exceeded. Large two bed first floor flat with dedicated car parking, good Wi-Fi. A bath always a bonus we look for, all essential equipment to hand and fitted out to a high standard. Quiet residential area.
After a 4 hour journey, The Sanctuary was definitely a Sanctuary peaceful tranquillity. Great communication from property owners, Beautiful apartment, very clean definitely a home away from home it had everything you would need for a stay. Supermarkets are in close distance, I would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely book again.

Apartment on the 1st floor with a long staircase upstairs after entrance door. Easy to access with key-code. It has a living room with big, well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, hallway and 1 nice big bathroom. Self catering. Good wifi. Own parking place nr 25.
