The location is nice. The hosts were very friendly when showing around and giving us necessary information. We actually had arrived earlier than expected, and they still accommodated to the last minute change of plans. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and just really lovely. We would come back to this place again, and recommend to anyone.

Good amount of privacy and beautiful surroundings. Hot tub was a great touch, along with the projector. Provided us with marshmallows and wood to start the fire (£15 for this but helpful as we didn’t have our own supplies!). Great communication from the staff, keeping us up to date and speedy replies if we needed any help. I think in the summer this would be such a beautiful spot, we really enjoyed our stay, the mud didn’t bother us too much!

If you looking for the Ritz Its not this. Suitable For those that enjoy camping ,Open fires .Cooking outdoors on a fire. More comfortable then a tent with some extras TV internet always a big plus. There is a games room suitable for young adults and Kids. Beautiful views and great sunsets If you are looking for rustic bush life, as close as you going to get near Lincoln. Also some very good fishing not far away. Fishing lake not connected to property but very close by 500 yards. There is also a small fishing pond 60 yards away next door. Did not try there. When you book the very fair price needs to be considered .Where else.

Great apartment, great location really enjoyed our stay
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
This is self catering accommodation with the owner living next door but as there is a management agent involved there was no direct communication from the owner. The accommodation itself is lovely, good facilities, excellent form of under floor heating and a lovely garden, south facing, with seating. We have stayed here before and had looked forward to returning.
Nice interior touches great use of salvage from the on site salvage business makes a lovely unique rental with lovely views. Wood burning stove/oven with fuel ready for a cosy night was great. Host communication was very good Spacious bedroom with bath and massive window looking on to fields.
The Loft was clean, comfortable and good value for the money.
The location is fine, but you would need transport to go out and about.
The owner met us upon our arrival and when we bumped into her over the course of the weekend, she was always pleasant and would ask what we had been up to or what our plans were.
She also recommended a couple of places to visit / eat out.
