Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff. Reception at the hotel was very good, with a drink offered until the apartment was ready, at which point we were taken the short walk to the property and shown around it. They even booked us a table for dinner on the terrace - which is not usually possible - because a private event had taken over the bar where we had planned to eat.
We stayed in one of the townhouse apartments. It's actually a whole house! Beautifully equipped and decorated (for our tastes). Everything was very high quality, from the water provided in the fridge to the beds and bed linens. Couldn't fault the property at all.

The flat is great and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and I appreciated the milk, butter, coffee pods and eggs. Lucienne is really friendly and was there to meet me in arrival. Good wifi, comfy sofa and Prime on the TV.

It was a self catering cottage. It was in a quiet location and adequate for our needs. All the equipment we required was available. Overall quite a pleasant place to stay in Malmsbury.
Wonderful property with excellent and attentive host. Facilities we perfect for a short stay. Breakfast set up was beautiful. The chickens were so lovely to watch in the garden.
The room was lovely and warm with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice big shower with fluffy white towels and good toiletries. Lots of nice little touches, small bag of sweets on bed, little hot water bottles, etc. Good self catering facilities. Very pleasant breakfast room, with lovely crockery and good breakfast which you choose the previous evening.
Great value for money. The loft room was such an exciting extra touch for my two children who are 6 and 4. Really lovely cosy little cottage with all the necessary amenities within walking distance and not too far to drive to so many beautiful places.
