Spotlessly clean and very well equipped accommodation. Lots of little extras provided such as fresh bread, fruit, milk, fresh orange juice, and chocolates in addition to tea, coffee, jams and butter.
Both the double bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable. Nice big walk-in shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom another wee touch of luxury.

This is one of the nicest apt we have ever stayed at. The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The furnishings are new and very attractive. It’s in a good location with a children’s play area around the corner and in walking distance of two nice pubs.

Loved the location, the welcome and hut was really well equipped , clean and peaceful. The eggs and butter were a lovely touch. really great value for money would definitely go again. Dog was made very welcome too!

This was a great place to stay. The house was full of quirky, interesting items and paintings. The breakfast of bacon, free range eggs, bread, butter - as well as two types of cereals and milk was a first class. Barbara was fascinating to talk too, lots of anecdotes and amazingly fit. There is a large garden. We went in September but would have loved to see the garden in full summer bloom. Barbara recommended The Knot Inn, a gastropub, which is about a mile away where we had a very enjoyable meal.

Great location, lovely and quaint, had everything we needed for very short stay....Lisa the owner was superb by letting us check in early and made a genuine effort to welcome us.....it was very clean, comfortable beds and even a small welcome package of bread, jam, milk, tea etc was lovely idea and very much appreciated....
Nice apartment it has a double bedroom and a twin room, front room good size which had the kitchen in it which met good standards with some tea/coffee/sugar and some milk sachets thrown in.
Fairly easy accesss with free gated parking, the digi lock on the front door simple code the door to the flat has a 10 digit code :(.
Bedding was nice and clean and a good serviceable bathroom and electric shower!

This property was not what I booked! I booked a large penthouse apartment but upon arrival they tried to put me in a tiny room, the size of a toilet! Not to mention the hygeine was horrific.. I could not stay here and was then told I would not get a refund. The place was terrible! I will be demanding a refund from booking.com
I absolutely loved my stay at Flat 1, Chestergate. The spacious and clean property is located in central Macclesfield which gives easy access to everything and yet it is still nice and quiet + it has a car park.
Sunny (The host) was caring and helpful and made me feel very welcome. It was also nice to see that host has thought about little details in an apartment which made my stay even extra special.
