location was perfect for us close enough to the beach and easy walk to town quiet well kept site also when sunny, chalet gets afternoon sun well into the evening great for sitting out after a day out. The flat had everything you needed.It was clean and comfortable.2 minutes from seafront and shops.No noise from the bar underneath but a great place to eat.

Perfect location, a few minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants and so spacious, beautifully furnished and you don't hear a sound from the people below because it it so well sound proofed. For comfort, space, feel-good factor, convenience, cleanliness, it's got to be the best not only in Mablethorpe but in any of the many resorts I have ever stayed in. If you get a chance, book this delightful home from home..

The accommodation is ideal for a small family getaway. The main shopping area is within walking distance, even for those like us who are elderly and have walking difficulties. The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities you need for a short stay away. We would certainly recommend.

Friendly staff from arrival through to checkout,two day stay in the loft apartment, extremely clean and warm rooms, equipped with everything we needed,large comfy bed, powerful shower and an amazing jacuzzi/sauna room,will certainly be returning in the new year.
Loft room was a small apartment which had great facilities for our needs with a new baby and small child. Obviously recently decorated and very clean. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was lovely. Also very festive at this time of year with beautiful decorations.
