The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfy, very large bathroom and the amount of local walk guides provided was exceptional. Although there was no traditional oven, there was a oven/microwave which cooked really well, and an air fryer so you didn't need anything else. Location was excellent and we could always park on the road outside.

Very well equiped kitchen and enjoyed the free wifi and iplayer etc. We commend the location for public transport with hourly buses connecting with the trains at Barnstaple and the coastal Hopper from Ilfracombe to Minehead affording wonderful views from the open top.

The room was great value, pretty basic but with everything you need for a short stay. The staff, without exception, were very friendly and engaging. The building itself is a fabulous reminder of grand times gone by. The location was right in the centre but super quiet.
Very well appointed newly refurbished apartment in Victorian building in central Lynton. Lynton is set in a beautiful area to explore and walks are lovely.

Amazing experience!
Lovely apartment with lofty views over the Lyn gorge, Owls hooting at night and the constant sound of the river. Thoughtfully furnished living area with furniture made with reclaimed materials, well equipped kitchen. Super comfy king size bed and a double bed in the 2nd room. Really enjoyed our stay and may well come back for a longer visit.
