Very lovely, clean and well appointed apartment in an excellent location. It's only a short drive to Lynton and lynmouth. Can't comment on local facilities as we stayed over Christmas so everything was closed, but had taken everything we needed to manage. The hosts left us a lovely chocolate and wine Christmas hamper which was a very unexpected treat.

Great location. The flat had everything we needed. Family friendly and cosy place. Nice restaurants and shops in a walking distance.

The room was great value, pretty basic but with everything you need for a short stay. The staff, without exception, were very friendly and engaging. The building itself is a fabulous reminder of grand times gone by. The location was right in the centre but super quiet.
Very well appointed newly refurbished apartment in Victorian building in central Lynton. Lynton is set in a beautiful area to explore and walks are lovely.

Amazing experience!
Lovely apartment with lofty views over the Lyn gorge, Owls hooting at night and the constant sound of the river. Thoughtfully furnished living area with furniture made with reclaimed materials, well equipped kitchen. Super comfy king size bed and a double bed in the 2nd room. Really enjoyed our stay and may well come back for a longer visit.
