the location is fantastic for enjoying the quay and beach walks at mudeford. it was very quiet overnight which we appreciated (mid October) and the flat was warm with decent facilities.

The comfort of the apartment, the quietness and the parking right outside the door was ideal. We also found that it took only a few minutes to be sat outside on a glorious sunny evening at The George gastro pub down by the bridge and right on the river... wonderful. The welcome pack left for us was so considerate, including some drinks in the fridge: they really look after their guests. If we happened to be back in the area for any reason we would not hesitate to check The Snug out first.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of the stay, with a good outlook across the Forest (albeit limited from the room). The room itself was adequate for a short stay. Reception was efficient and engaging giving a sense of being welcomed. Hotel was quiet. Pleased with the provision of bottled water every day.
The staff was very friendly, and in general everything was clean and practical. Perfect for a short stay - we enjoyed sitting in the small but comfy lounge, and we felt right at home throughout our time in Lyndhurst.
A lovely property in a very quiet setting. Lyndhurst shops 5 minute walk. Across the road is the New Forest and some lovely walks. We stayed in the ‘studio’ which had a kitchenette but it was very comfortable and great for a couple. On site parking was excellent. Great spot for exploring the New Forest.
We liked it maybe next we could book the apartment with a garden as we had a small dog and he also enjoyedhis stay. It would be nice to have a bit more privacy from the hotel as we liked to have the door open we was in flat 1.
The location was brilliant with the main shops of Lyndhurst a short walk away with lots of places to eat. We were in P1 which was a roomy studio type apartment on the right hand side of the cottage with a lovely big bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very big and very comfy.
