Everything was as required. Close to amenities, great house with some very good features too. Surround sound for the TV was brilliant. Internet fast too. Kitchen was great all you need there the sofa in front of the TV was so comfy too. I personally had the big bedroom at the front upstairs and the bed was so so comfy with a fridge in the room too. Absolutely loved the stay and will be back. It's just a bit out of our price range for when there is less than 4 of us though.

Great location about 10 minutes from the centre of Lutterworth. A very warm welcome from the team. Comfortable and spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Had a meal in the bar area, lots of choice and the food was plentiful, freshly cooked and delicious. Free parking on-site is a bonus. Can't fault anything and perfect for a short stay. Highly recommended.
Nice place, quiet setting, and wonderful staff (particularly need to mention Jodi on the front desk for being so lovely). Leisure facilities were small but fine for a short stay.
Lovely setting, great staff. The facilities were exceptional and we enjoyed the golf course, the pool and a spa treatment. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.
The property is truly stunning, with extras that you don't get with most. The host is a remarkable lady who goes above and beyond for her guests. It's located ia minutes walk from the centre but very quiet and peaceful. I stay in apartments every week and this is by far the best.

Looks like pictures. Lots of home comforts and treats that we didn’t expect - milk in fridge, cookies, breakfast cereal options etc. given lots of extra towels. Bed very comfy.
Janine was a fantastic host. I left my (very sentimental in value) earrings in the apartment when we departed and she very kindly sent them to me straight away which meant so much.
Victoria Farm was tremendous value for money and of a high standard .
However , for me , it was the lovely friendly welcome from the owners that really made my short stay so great .
