Beautifully renovated apartment on the western end of Louth town. Only 200m to St James Church and a little more to the middle of town.
2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Nice small courtyard off the kitchen.
Also 300m to the local golf club!
Location is excellent for getting out and about in the Lincolnshire countryside and the beach and sea is only minutes by car. Village has some nice pubs to walk to.
The annexe is a good size and superb for self catering and it has its own private garden with table and chairs.

Self catering apartment. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, modern kitchen and bathroom. Good selection of brochures with suggestions of places to visit in the surrounds. Great central location with access through the "secret door" to the main street. Lots of pubs and places to eat on the door step. We loved the view of the church through the living room windows. The parking space was a valuable bonus.
The apartment was really well furnished and equipped and immaculately clean. It was really well presented and had a great view over the rooftops to the medieval church and its dramatic tower and spire. If anything the photos didn’t do it justice. The owner contacted us several times to check in and make sure we were OK.
