Location good. Warm welcome, staff were really good. Room small but fine for a short stay, Had a good dinner there followed by a great night in the bar with a good breakfast the next morning.

Very generous breakfast, lovely little room and very friendly staff. Only 5 mins away from Lockerbie station and very close to local amenities. Local guide with things around the region in the room was also very helpful. Perfect for a short stay!
Met by Tina on arrival. The apartment was a very clean and had an abundance of amenities. Hosts provided milk, eggs, sweet treats, coffee & tea. A very comfortable stay.
Our hosts Tina and Simon were a wonderful couple, they met us on arrival and showed us the apartment which was stunning and comfortable, and the added extra of tea/coffee, milk, cereal, eggs and beautiful Scottish Shortcake and Scottish fudge cake and or course the roses chocolates. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our however short would highly recommend
Fantastic little apartment, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need (and for your dog too!). Very easy access for M74 but really quiet and peaceful. Wonderful welcome and we had a really comfortable night’s stay on our way further north in Scotland. We would thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

The whole flat is newly refurbished with good quality fittings and everything that you would need for your stay. Very comfortable new bed & en-suite was immaculate. The flat was spotlessly clean. Information pack great & up to date. Many extras provided such as milk, eggs & biscuits as well as shower gel in the en-suite.
