The rental was close to the port of arrival. Not convenient however for us as we arrived after dark, walked with three bags each and we are both seniors. Certainly not within walking distance for seniors. Not walkable or accessible for anyone with physical limitations.

It was clean and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Within walking distance of Holyhead harbour and south stack. A good base for anyone wanting to explore Holy island.

The location was okay, but our options were very limited. The apartment was bigger than we had originally thought, but it was behind a not-operational bar.
The Snug is located in Amlwch, just 28 miles from Snowdon Mountain Railway and 11 miles from Red Wharf Bay. Both free Wifi and private parking are available at the apartment free of charge.

Modern decor, comfy sofa. Great food in bistro downstairs and friendly staff.
Also nearby pub and chippy (didn’t try these tho.)

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Stunning location, amazing views of the sea and lots of good walks right from the doorstep (including down to the beach). When 45 mph winds and rain kept us inside the little summerhouse was a real bonus, adding extra space for everyone to chill out as they pleased. The furniture and decor is ‘lived-in comfort’ rather than ‘executive apartment’, and it suited us perfectly.
Friendly warm welcome, good communication. Very clean. Great location by the beach, nice coastal walks, peaceful. Everything you needed in the apartment.
Super friendly host. Fantastic location, right next to the beach. Apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for a self-catering break. Lovely and peaceful. Food in the restaurant downstairs was top notch.
